摘要
研究采用数理统计及微分方程两种建模方法,对食品细菌仿真作了深入的研究,并建立了温度、ph、水分活度环境因素对食品细菌生长影响的数学模型和食品细菌仿真系统。
Mathematical statistics and differential equation were ugh in - depth study on simulation of bacterium in food. The mathematics models and bacterial simulation system with temperater、ph、water activity factors of the environment that influence growing of the food bacterium was built.
