摘要
碘掺杂的TiO2具有良好的可见光催化活性,引起了人们的广泛关注.介绍了碘掺杂的TiO2的几种主要制备方法,如溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法、化学沉淀法等,总结了碘对TiO2的可见光活性的影响及机理,并展望了其发展趋势.
Iodine-doped TiO2 has attracted widely attention because of its excellent photocatalytic activity under visible light.The preparation methods such as sol-gel process,hydrothermal synthesis and chemical precipitation were described.Influence mechanisms of iodine element on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 were summarized,and the development was prospected.
