摘要
实现人的全面发展,首先应当解决劳动者的发展问题。劳动者的发展与劳动者权利密切相关,劳动者权利是实现劳动者全面发展的必要前提、法律保障和衡量尺度。当前我国劳动者权利保护中存在着诸多问题,影响了劳动者的全面发展,应当进一步完善相关法律体系,加强劳动执法监察,切实保护劳动者权利,从而促进劳动者的全面发展。
Development of laborer is the first step to realize human＇s all-round development. Development of laborer is related with laborer＇s rights. Laborer＇s rights are the necessary premise, legal protection and the gauge to the laborer＇s all-round development. There are lots of problems in protection of laborer＇s rights in China now. These problems have blocked laborer＇s all-round development. We have to further improve the relevant law system, strengthen labor law enforcement surveillance, protecting laborer＇s rights, so as to promote the all-round development of laborer.
