港航供应链集群组织结构分析

Organization Structure Analysis of Supply Chain Cluster in Port and Shipping

文章主要从港口集群的角度出发,结合港航供应链的概念提出港航供应链集群的定义,认为港航供应链集群是在港口集群的基础上,由参与多条港航供应链的各种港航服务提供商围绕港航一体化服务集群,在港航经济腹地内以服务供应关系为纽带形成完整的港航供应链网络系统。文章阐述了港航供应链集群的类型,将港航供应链集群分为以地理区域划分的和以所有权划分的两种类型,并针对不同类型分析其组织结构及结构特征。

Definition of port and shipping supply chain cluster based on port cluster and port and shipping supply chain conception has been put forward in this paper. Port and shipping supply chain cluster is a port cluster based integrated network system, it clusters by kinds of port and shipping service providers in different port and shipping supply chain on account of integrate service supply and demand relationship. Two types of port and shipping supply chain cluster which are geographic regional based cluster and proprietary rights based cluster have been introduced. Also, the organization structure and structure characteristics of different port and shipping supply chain cluster types have been analyzed.
