浙江民间资本国际化发展的条件与对策

Conditions and Strategies of International Development of Private Capital in Zhejiang

浙江经济几十年来的跨越式发展离不开浙江民间资本的贡献,在"十二五"期间经济转型升级和结构调整的背景下,集中于传统制造业的浙江民间资本面临向高新技术产业、新兴战略产业和现代服务业转变的巨大挑战,民间资本国际化发展已成为浙江民间资本转型升级的重要突破口之一。文章梳理了浙江民间资本国际化的历程,介绍了浙江民间资本国际化发展的现状,分析了浙江民间资本国际化发展的优势和制约因素,在此基础上提出了浙江民间资本国际化发展应采取的对策措施。

Over the past few decades, Zhejiang private capital has made tremendous contributions to economic leaping development in Zhejiang. In the context of speeding up changes of economic development mode and economic restructuring during the “twelfth five years” period, Zhejiang private capital concentrated in traditional manufacturing are faced with great challenge from exports of low-end manufacturing to the high-tech industry, emerging strategic industries and modern services. International development of private capital becomes one of the important breakthroughs in the transformation and upgrading of Zhcjiang private capital. This paper reviews the history of international development of Zhejiang private capital, introduces the status of international development of Zhejiang private capital, and analyzes the advantages and constraints of the international development of Zhejiang private capital. On this basis, measures and strategies of international development of Zhejiang private capital are put forward.
