摘要
目的探讨正常孕妇脂蛋白脂酶及各项血脂指标在妊娠过程中变化的规律,为指导孕期保健和异常疾病的发生提供参考依据。方法对我院203例门诊及住院体检的正常孕妇在不同时期脂蛋白脂酶及血脂进行检查,结果采用SPSS统计软件包对数据进行方差统计学分析。结果妊娠期妇女在中晚期酯蛋白脂酶活性有所下降,血脂高于非妊娠妇女,且随妊娠时间的增加,其血脂水平亦随之增高,尤其中、晚期妊娠的血脂水平显著高于妊娠早期。结论正常妊娠期妇女血脂水平升高是妊娠生理必需的正常反应,与雌激素水平影响有关。由于产后1-3周妇女的血脂水平已明显下降,故妊娠妇女血脂升高不是病理现象。
Objective：To research the LPL and the various bloodfats law of the pregnant women in pregnancy process,for guidance gestation period health care and abnormal the happening of disease provide basis.Method： To 203 case LPL and bloodfat of the normal pregnant women of the outpatient service and be in hospital in different period using SPSS statistics software to data make analysis of variance.Result： The pregnant women LPL are dclined of late and bloodfat higher than those not the pregnant women and with pregnancy time increases,the blood lipid level also increased,especially in late pregnancy,blood lipid levels were significantly higher than those of early pregnancy.Conclusion：In normal pregnancy women elevated serum lipid levels highwer with pregnancy are a normal response to physiology,and with levels of estrogen effects related to.Because 1-3 weeks postpartum women lipid levels have dropped significantly,so pregnant women are not a pathological phenomenon of higher elevated blood lipids.
