中药治疗小儿胆囊泥沙样结石的临床研究

The research of Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric gallb ladder muddy stone of 60 cases

目的探讨泥沙样胆囊结石的中药治疗疗效。方法对60例胆囊泥沙样结石患儿,随机平分为中药治疗组及消炎利胆片治疗组,每组30例,治疗4个疗程后观察两组的治疗效果。结果中药治疗组患儿临床症状改善情况明显好于消炎利胆片对照组,两组比较,差别具有统计学意义。其次,中药治疗组,胆囊及胆管结石排净者21例(70%),7例好转(23.33%),2例胆囊泥沙样结石未排出(6.67%)。消炎利胆片治疗对照组,胆囊及胆管结石排净者14例(46.7%),2例好转(6.67%),14例胆囊泥沙样结石未排出(46.7%),中药汤剂治疗有效率明显高于消炎利胆片,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义。结论中药汤剂对胆囊泥沙样结石的治疗具有较好的疗效,有一定的应用价值。

Objective： To explore for the treatment efficacy of Chinese medicine.Methods： The 60 cases were divid ed for Chinese treatment group and xiao yan li dan pian group,60 cases in each group.The treatment effect was observed after four treatment courses.Results： The clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine treatment was significantly better than the xiao yan li dan pian control group,the difference was statistically significant.The Chinese medicine treatment group,the gallbladder and bile duct stones drained by 21 cases（70%）,improved by 7 cases（23.33%）,gallbladder muddy stone not discharged by 2 cases（6.67%）.T he xiao yan li dan pian treatment group,the gallbladder and bile duct stones drained by 14 cases（46.7%）,improved by 2 cases（6.67%）,gallbladder muddy stone not discharged by 14 cases（46.7%）.T he Chinese medicine decoction treatment was significantly higher than the xiao yan li dan pian group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： T he Chinese medine treatment has a good effect and a certain value for the treatment of sediment samples of gallbladder stones
