育龄妇女放置宫内节育器对性功能影响的探讨

Discussion on effects of the IUD Insertion to women of childbearing age′s sexual function

目的评价育龄妇女放置宫内节育器(IUD)前后性功能变化的情况。方法采用简明女性性功能量表(BISF-W)、对175名拟采用IUD避孕的育龄妇女在置环前及术后6个月进行测查。结果育龄妇女放置IUD后6个月其性功能满意度得分高于置环前,且差异有统计学意义;高中及以上学历、城市育龄妇女性生活满意度置环后6个月与置环前的差值高于初中及以下学历层次及农村育龄妇女,且差异有统计学意义。结论 IUD避孕方法助于提高性生活满意度。

Objective： To assess the Women of childbearing age′s changes in sexual function before and after the intrauterine device（IUD） inserted.Methods： 175 Women of childbearing age who prepared to use IUD contraceptive were investigated with BISF-W before and after IUD insertion for 6 months.Results： The scores of sexual satisfaction assessed after women of childbearing age IUD insertion for 6 months were higher significantly than before;The difference between IUD insertion 6 months after and before in sexual satisfaction in urban women of childbearing age or have high educational background precede rural women,and precede those who have low educational background.Conclusion： IUD contraceptive method helps to improve the sexual satisfaction.
