Practice and Exploration of the Employment Information Construction for Colleges and Universities under New Situation——A Case Study of Northeastern University

实现高校就业工作信息化的建设目标,首先必须对所处的形势有充分的认识。结合不同形势下的不同要求,抓住"内涵、原则、内容"三大要素,才能开展好就业信息化建设工作。准确把握适应新形势特点的就业信息化建设的内涵,严格遵循符合新形势要求的就业信息化建设的原则,不断丰富满足新形势需求的就业信息化建设的内容,这些可以看作是新形势下高校就业信息化建设的有益实践与探索。

To achieve the goal of the employment information construction for colleges and universities, one must have a full understanding of the current situation, take the different requirements of the changing situations into consideration and seize the three core elements- connotation, principle and content. To accurately grasp the connotation, to strictly follow the principle and to constantly enrich the content of employment information construction in new situations can be regarded as helpful practice and exploration for the work in this field.
