“基层就业国家代偿”政策的影响因素探究

The Research about the Influence factors of College Students' Intention to National Educational-Loans Compensatory Policies when Employed in Grassland

国家"助学代偿"政策旨在鼓励大学生投身中西部艰苦边远地区的基层建设,大学生响应该政策的影响因素颇多。通过对Z大学2011届毕业生响应该政策的调查数据分析发现:我国高校毕业生响应代偿政策赴中西部基层就业的总体情况不容乐观,毕业生响应该项政策与"期满后就业方面的优惠政策、服务范围、代偿额度、丰富的基层岗位"呈显著正相关,与"基层服务年限"呈显著负相关;与"基层岗位条件、家人支持与否、学生性别差异"没有显著的相关关系。

Under the analysis of the data basis about the graduates responses to university student loans compensation policy t in 2011 in Z university, based on the point of view of the development of contemporary college students ,our research do some surveys, which is the decision factors of our country college graduates response to the Midwest compensatory policies grass-roots employment. The survey found： college graduates response to the Midwest compensatory policies the overall level of grass-roots employment is poor. whether the graduates response the Compensation policy or not,which is positive concerned with Employment preferential policies, the scope of service, Support amount and the rich of Grassroots .in addition,it is negative concerned with the length of basic service time and no Significant level relationship with flexibility of Subsidy amount,student＇s sex,grassroots＇ hard Conditions,Family＇s support or not.
