研究生就业的社会正式支持网探析

在我国,有调查表明金融危机对研究生的就业冲击最大。研究生就业难,就业质量下滑的现象受到越来越多的学者关注和研究。本论文首先提出了研究生就业社会正式支持网的概念,然后借鉴社会支持网络理论,将社会支持的概念从个人层面上升到组织层面,应用到研究生就业的服务工作。接着,在结构功能理论的指导下分析这个支持网的理论框架。最后,依据建构理论提出本文搭建正式社会支持网的路径和方法。

Employment is the root of graduates to exist in the society. In China, a survey showed that the financial crisis has hit the employment of graduate students in the hardest. Employment difficulties of graduate, the declined of the employment quality has won more and more attention of scholars. Firstly, the paper definite the concept of ＂social formal support network for the graduate employment＂, then This paper intends to do an extension of the theory, trying to use the concept of social support from a personal level up to the organizational level, in order to apply to the post-graduate employment services. On the guidance of the theory of structure and function, the paper will anally the theoretical framework of this support network, and then construct the idea on how to make social support networks.
