摘要
该研究在编制大学毕业生心理弹性问卷基础上探讨其与就业压力的关系。研究得出以下结论:大学毕业生的心理弹性由人际交往能力、自我效能感、情绪控制能力、挑战性、自我管理能力等五因子构成,编制的问卷具有较好的信度与效度;大学毕业生的心理弹性具有显著的性别差异,心理弹性与就业压力之间呈显著负相关,心理弹性对就业压力具有显著的负向预测作用。
Resilience was the character or the ability of an individual to become well adapted in adversities and achieve personal growth from these situations. This study probed into the relationship between college graduates' resilience and employment pressure on the basis of devising questionnaires about college graduates. The results could be demonstrated as the following in this study: 1.College graduates' resilience consisted of five factors: social skill, self-efficacy, emotion regulation, challenging ability and self- management. The questionnaire was good in reliability and validity. 2. Significant gender differences were found in college graduates' resilience. In addition, there was a significant negative correlation between college graduates' resilience and employment pressure, and resilience of college graduates showed a significant negative effect on forecasting the level of college graduate employment pressure.
