蒙、汉高职生心理健康研究及就业心理调适

Mongolian,Han Vocational Students' Mental Health and Employment Psychological Adjustment

本文通过对内蒙古兴安职业技术学院汉族学生202人、蒙族学生203人用90项症状清单测评,将统计结果与全国青年组常模进行比较、蒙族学生与汉族学生之间进行比较,得出以下结论(1)高职生心理问题检出率为25%,其中蒙族学生心理问题检出率为23.4%,汉族学生为26.7%;(2)高职生在焦虑因子、敌对因子、强迫因子、恐怖因子、躯体化因子上的得分比全国青年组的平均水平高;(3)汉族学生在焦虑因子、抑郁因子、强迫因子、偏执因子、恐怖因子的得分比全国青年组的平均水平高,蒙族学生在敌对因子上的得分比全国青年组的平均水平高;(4)蒙族学生在人际关系因子上的得分低于汉族学生,并且差异显著,蒙族学生的人际关系比汉族学生好。研究蒙族、汉族高职生心理健康的主要目的是为就业心理调适提供理论支持,使就业心理调适更具有针对性。

By doing a survey on 202 Han students, 203 Mongolian students by using the symptom-self-estimated table and compare them with the norm of national youth team between Han and Mongolian, the results are following： （1） the detectable rate of the mental problem of college students is 25%. of which Mongolian students account for 23.4% and Han students accounts for 26.7%. （2） The college students＇ average scores are higher than that of the national youth team, of which are anxieties, hostilities, forces, horrors and bodies. （3） Han students＇ average scores are higher than that of the national youth team, of which are anxieties, blahs, forces, crankiness and horrors, while hostilities of Mongolian students＇ scores are higher than that of the national youth team. （4） The Mongolian students＇ scores of interpersonal relationships are lower than Han＇s, which is obviously different. Meanwhile Mongolian students＇ interpersonal relationships are better than Han＇s. The aim of researching mental health between Mongolian and Han college students is to provide the theoretical support for occupation psychological adjustment.
