术前抗血小板药物应用策略对冠状动脉旁路移植术的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目前,广泛应用的抗血小板药物包括阿司匹林和氯吡格雷,新型抗血小板药物如普拉格雷、替格雷洛和坎格雷洛等正处于临床研究试用阶段。已证实阿司匹林等抗血小板药物可以降低冠状动脉旁路移植手术（CABG）的病死率和缺血事件发生率。
