火针双侧取穴治疗周围性面瘫37例

Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis by Fire-needling Double-sided Acupoints:Clinical Observation of 37 Cases

目的:观察火针双侧取穴治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:对符合标准的37例患者按顺序进行双侧拔罐、火针、毫针针刺治疗,并参照H-B量表及面神经麻痹程度分级标准进行评分。结果:37例患者治疗前评分为48.65±12.34,治疗后为81.67±12.23,治疗后比治疗前有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:临床上火针双侧取穴治疗周围性面瘫能够调整气血的偏盛偏衰,使机体恢复原有的阴阳平衡,以浅刺手法配合拔罐、火针能鼓舞正气,可有效控制病情发展,缩短疗程。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of fire-needling double-sided acupoints to treat peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：Use double-sided cupping thearapy,fire-needling therapy and filiform needle therapy to treat the 37 patients meeting the criteria,then facial functions and contenance were graded according to H-B scale and peripheral facial paralysis standard for evaluation. Results：The scores of 37 patients were raised from 48.65±12.34 before the treatment to 81.67±12.23 after treatment,which had a significant difference after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion：In clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,choose double-sided acupoints with fire-needling therapy can recuperate the vitality,thus assist the body to bring back the equilibrium of Yin and Yang.Meanwhile,shallow needling manipulation accompanied by cupping therapy and fire-needling therapy will be more efficient in controlling the development of the disease and shorten the course of treatment.
