摘要
目的:观察穴位刺血治疗风热型小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法:符合诊断标准90例患儿,选取少商、商阳、关冲、大椎及双侧耳尖穴进行刺血治疗,每隔12 h治疗1次,4次为一疗程。结果:90例中痊愈65例,显效12例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为94.44%。结论:穴位刺血是治疗小儿外感发热非常有效的中医外治法之一,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the curative efficacy of treating children exopathogenic fever of wind-heat type by points bloodletting. Methods：90 cases according to diagnostic criteria were alternatively treated by three groups of points bloodletting.Once twelve hours,four treatments made one course.After treatment,clinical curative effects were analyzed. Results：Of 90 cases,65 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 5 cases failed.The total effective rate was 94.44%. Conclusion：Points bloodletting is a good therapy for treating children exopathogenic fever of wind-heat type.It is worth applying to clinical practice.
