穴位配伍的脑功能成像研究现状

Brain Functional Imaging of Acupoint Combination

穴位配伍的方法有上下配穴、局部配穴、本经配穴、同名经配穴等,是针刺治疗疾病的基础。本研究总结了生理、病理状态下,不同穴位配穴方法的脑功能成像变化,以及针刺不同深浅、时辰、侧位、刺激量对脑功能活动的影响,分析了针刺与脑功能成像变化之间的联系。

Combination of acupoints includes upper-lower acupoints combination,local distribution acupoints combination,the same meridian acupoints combination,the same name meridians acupoints combination and so on.It is the basis for acupuncture treatment of diseases.This article summarizes the functional brain imaging changes when needling different acupoints combination at physiological and pathological conditions,and the different depths,hours,sides and the amount of stimulation＇s effect on brain functional activity.Then an analysis of the link between acupuncture and functional brain imaging changes is completed.
