摘要
L-鸟氨酸是一种非蛋白氨基酸,有很多重要的生理功能,其中最重要的作用是参与尿素循环。该文首先综述了L-鸟氨酸在医药方面的产品开发情况,然后介绍了其在功能性食品和食品添加剂方面的应用现状,最后对L-鸟氨酸其他新产品开发提出了几点建议。
L-ornithine is a non-protein amino acid, which has many physiological functions and is involving in urea cycle. Research progress of L-or- nithine in medical field was first reviewed. And the application of L-ornithine in functional foods and foods additives was following introduced. Sug- gestions on developing some new products of L-ornithine were finally proposed.
