新疆药桑桑皮总黄酮提取工艺的优化 被引量:7

Optimization of extraction technology of total flavonoids from the tree branch bark of Xinjiang black mulberry (Morus nigra L.)

摘要 用回流提取法提取新疆药桑桑皮中的总黄酮,采用紫外分光光度法测定桑皮提取液总黄酮含量,并通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳提取工艺条件。研究结果表明提取工艺的最佳优化条件为:回流温度80℃、固液比1∶50、回流时间120min、乙醇体积分数70%vol;该工艺条件下总黄酮的提取率为32.65mg/g;桑皮中总黄酮的提取方法和工艺可行、合理。 The total flavonoids in the tree branch bark of Xinjiang black mulberry (Morus nigra L.) were obtained by reflux extraction method. The total content of flavonoids was measured by UV-spectrophotometric method. The optimal extraction conditions were investigated through single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimal conditions were as followed: extraction temperature 80℃, solid liquid ratio 1:50, extraction time 120min and ethanol concentration 70%vol. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids was 32.65mg/g, which indicated that this method was feasible and reasonable.
