白藜芦醇对糖尿病作用的实验研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 白藜芦醇亦称芪三酚,是一种植物多酚类化合物,存在于虎杖、葡萄、花生、桑葚等植物和果实中,其中新鲜葡萄皮中含量最高。白藜芦醇在1924年被发现,但是直到20世纪90年代“法国悖论”现象的出现,它才受到研究者关注。法国人有高脂饮食的习惯,而心血管疾病的发病率却比较低,有研究者推测这可能与长期饮用富含白藜芦醇的红葡萄酒有关。
