重视造血干细胞移植受者生活质量的改善
摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）是治疗多种血液系统疾病、遗传性疾病和其他系统恶性或难治性疾病的有效手段。目前allo—HSCT治疗白血病的5年无病存活率已接近60％，治疗遗传性疾病等则更高。近年来，随着移植相关技术的普及、适应证的扩大，全球新增移植例数逐年提高。据国际骨髓移植登记处（IBMTR）统计，1997-2009年全球仅异基因移植的例数已接近30万。日益增加的移植受者构成了一个庞大的特殊社会群体，如何控制疾病进展，防治各类并发症，提高该群体的生活质量，使之真正回归社会，是造血干细胞移植领域的一个极为关键的问题。
