肠内应用雷贝拉唑对颅脑损伤患者胃液pH的影响 被引量：6

摘要 应用抑酸药物是一项防治应激性溃疡（stress ulcer，SU）的重要措施，对不能口服药物的颅脑损伤患者，主要给药方式为静脉用药和鼻饲管胃内给药，但均存在缺点。广东省佛山市顺德第一人民医院自2007年2月至2010年10月，对21例不能进食的颅脑损伤危重病患者经多功能胃肠管肠内应用雷贝拉唑提高胃液pH值，预防SU，取得了较理想的效果，现报道如下。
