摘要
以大江二代冲焊式后桥壳为研究对象,利用ANSYS对该后桥桥壳进行在驱动力工况下的静力结构分析。通过计算得出驱动后桥疲劳计算的S-N曲线。将ANSYS静力结构分析结果及S-N曲线导入FE-SAFE疲劳分析软件,并加载载荷谱后,对后桥壳疲劳情况进行仿真。仿真结果表明,驱动后桥疲劳失效最容易发生在桥壳冲焊处。
Taking Dajiang Ⅱ punching-welded rear axle housing as the research object, ANSYS was used to analyze the static structure of the rear axle housing under the condition of driving force. S-N curve for fatigue calculation of rear axle housing was obtained through the related calculation. ANSYS ,S-N curve and load spectrum were imported into FE-SAFE fatigue analysis software, and then the fatigue simulation is performed on the rear axle housing. The simulation results show that the fatigue failure of the rear axle housing is most likely to occur in the punching-welded place of axle housing.
