摘要
依据高热剂的燃烧机理建立了火药复合焊条燃烧火焰的物理模型;在物理模型的基础上,利用相关的热力学理论推导出了焊条燃速的数学模型,并采用试验验证了该理论模型的准确性。研究结果表明:高热剂对焊条的燃烧速度影响显著,当高热剂含量为50%时,焊条燃速可高达11cm/s;焊条燃速的实验值与理论值相比,两者的变化趋势相同。
The physical model for combustion flame of GCWR was built. Based on this physical model, the mathematic model of burning rate of GCWR was built with coherent thermodynamic theories. The accuracy of the mathematic model was verified by tests. The results show that the effect of thermite on the burning rate of GCWR is obvious. As the content of thermite is 50%, the burning rate of GCWR can reach llcm/s. Compared the experiment values of burning rate with theoretical values, the variation regularities of the above are identical.
