摘要
运用Pro/Engineer软件对上升导臂进行了三维建模,并利用铸造数值模拟软件View-Cast软件对其凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测铸造缺陷并分析了产生的原因。改进冒口和增设冷铁,能减少铸造缺陷而获得优化的工艺。
The 3-D model of the guide arm was established with software Pro/E. And then the solidification process of casting was numerically simulated by View-Cast software. The casting defect was predicted. The reason leading to the defects was analyzed. Improving the riser and adding external chills can decreases casting defects and obtain the optimized process.
