摘要
基于数值模拟的方法,分析并探究了ADC12壳状薄壁类铸件和模具的温度变化规律。以实际压铸实验为基础,对比讨论了模具实测温度与模拟计算温度的规律。结果表明:计算温度与实测温度较为吻合。根据热电偶测温的准确性,研究了浇注温度和模具初始温度对模具温度场的影响,以此得到了较优的工艺参数。
Based on the numerical simulation method, the temperature change rule of ADC12 shell thin-wall casting and mold were analyzed. Taking the actual die casting experiment as base, the law of die actual temperature and simulative temperature were compared. The results show that simulative temperature and die actual temperature is identical. According to accuracy of the thermocouple measured temperature, the influence of pouring temperature and initial mold temperature on mold temperature field was studied and an optimal parameters were obtained.
