基于有限元法的铜质滑阀套铸造缺陷整体去除工艺研究

摘要 针对铜质滑阀套铸造坯件缩孔、缩松类缺陷问题,在塑性变形条件下对整体去除进行了研究。利用Dform-3D软件,模拟分析了压缩量和入模角对缩孔、缩松类缺陷整体消除的影响。通过比较坯料发生塑性变形前后的相对密度,研究了不同的条件下铸件缺陷消除的效果。 Aiming at problems of shrinkage and shrinkage cavity defects of copper valve sleeve's castings, overall removing defects were studied under plastic deformation. With Deform-3D simulation software, the effects of reduction and die-entrance angle on eliminating shrinkage and shrinkage cavity were analyzed. Through comparing the relative density of casting before and after plastic deformation, the results of the overall removing defects of shrinkage and shrinkage cavity were studied under different conditions.
