摘要
从熔炼过程的冶金反应、脱氧还原处理、增碳处理、孕育处理四个方面对电炉利用铁屑熔炼的工艺进行了分析。并通过增碳工艺、改进孕育处理方法获得了成分稳定的合格铁液,提高和改善了铸件的力学性能与加工性能。
From the four aspects of metallurgical reaction, deoxidizing treatment, carburizing treatment and inoculation in the smelting process, smelting process of electric furnace using scrap iron was analyzed. And through carburizing process and improving the method of inoculation, the qualified iron liquid of stable chemical composition was obtained, which can enhance and improve the mechanical properties and processing properties.
