摘要
以端盖锻件的热闭式模锻成形为例,采用数值模拟方法,对锻件的成形过程中的各项宏观变化规律,如损伤,载荷,温度场等进行了揭示,预测了锻件的宏观缺陷。同时,对其成形中的动态再结晶过程进行了模拟。从微观的角度揭示了锻造过程中工艺参数对微观变化的影响规律。
Taking the hot closed-die forging process of end method, the macroscopical forming laws of the forgings,such cover forgings as example,using numerical simulation as damage, load, temperature field and so on,were announced and the macroscopical defects in forging was previewed. At the same time, dynamic recrystallization process in its forming was simulated. From microcosmic angle, the law of influence of process parameters on the microscopical changc was previewed.
