摘要
研究了龙门igm机械手焊接动车组铝合金地板的焊接工艺,对由铝合金的物理化学性质、焊接操作、设备等各种原因导致的地板焊接质量问题进行了分析。通过优化焊接工艺、改进操作方法和提高设备的使用性能等工艺措施,保证了铝合金地板的焊接质量。
Auto welding technology of aluminum alloy floor on EMU with gantry igm robot was studied. The welding quality problems which coursed by physics and chemistry character of aluminum alloy, welding operation and equipments were analyzed. By taking technical measures such as optimized welding technology, improved operation and enhanced capability of equipments, the welding quality of aluminum alloy floor was guaranteed.
