摘要
采用脉冲加压真空扩散连接工艺对AZ31镁合金进行连接。实验结果表明:脉冲加压真空扩散连接工艺可行,在施加5~8MPa的脉冲压力,在450℃保温90min的工艺条件下,其接头的抗拉强度最高达36 MPa,断口形貌呈现脆性断裂特性。
Magnesium alloy was bonded by impact pressure vacuum diffusion bonding. The results show that magnesium alloy could be bonded by impact pressure vacuum diffusion bonding, and when the constant temperature is 450℃, and the impact pressure is 5-8 MPa, keeping 90 rain, its tensile strength can reach 36 Mpa, Fracture surthce shows a typical brittle fracture.
