摘要
通过对10CrNi3MoV钢焊接部位的组织观察,低温及系列温度冲击功和断口形貌的分析,结果表明该钢焊接接头的熔合线上平台冲击功在140J以上,上平台转变温度为-35℃,50%冲击功转变温度为-70℃。-50℃的冲击功分散度比较大,平均值为109J,-70℃冲击功平均值仍有80J以上。韧脆转变温度低于-70℃。
By observing the microstructure of welding joints, and analysis of low-temperature impact energy, the series of temperature impact and the morphology of impact fracture, it can be obtained that the impact energy of the welded joints on the platform of the fusion line of 10CrNi3MoV steel is above 140 J. There is a stable platform at -35 ℃ and 50% impact energy transition temperature is -70 ℃. The impact energy dispersion is relatively large at -50 ℃that average wdue is 109J. The average of impact energy at -70 ℃ is above 80J and the ductile-brittle transition temperature is below -70 ℃.
