摘要
采用两种方案设计了某型太阳能型材挤压模具。基于数值模拟软件HyperXtrude对挤压进行了模拟。通过对型材出口位移和模具应力的分析,比较了两种设计方案的可行性并选择较优者。改进后的设计方案,增加二级焊合室,提高了金属流动均匀性和焊合质量,优化的模具能生产出合格的型材。
Two extrusion dies for solar power profile were designed, and the extrusion process was simulated based on HyperXtrude software. Through the profile export displacement and die stress analysis, the feasibility of design scheme was compared and a better die construction was selected. Improved scheme, adding two welding chamber, then, the metal flow uniformity and welding quality were improved. The optimum die can be used to produce qualified section bar.
