摘要
以盒子零件为例,介绍了应用Pro/E软件进行产品三维建模和模具设计的流程。同时,详细讨论了在Pro/E的模具模块创建分型面的四种方法,以及模具的开模仿真与装配的具体过程。结果反映了应用Pro/E软件进行模具设计的优越性。
Taking the box parts as an example, the process of 3D modeling and mold design with Pro/E software was introduced. Meanwhile, the four methods for creating parting surface were discussed in the mold module of Pro/E in details, and the specific process of simulation and assembly of opening mold were discussed. The results can reflect the superiority of applying Pro/E software in mold design.
