摘要 Klippel-Feil综合征（Klippel-Feil syndrme，KFS）是指2个或2个以上颈椎先天性相互融合（可以是完全融合，或是局限于椎体或椎弓间一部分的融合），以短颈、低发际和颈部活动受限j联征为特征，可伴随其他先天畸形，临床较少见[1]。我院于2006年5月～2010年3月收治5例KFS颈椎后凸畸形患者，经临床及影像学观察疗效满意，报告如下。
