简述了板状刚玉在国内的4个发展阶段:初期接触阶段、了解发展阶段、尝试生产阶段、发展壮大阶段;介绍了板状刚玉生产的基本过程,包括球磨、成球、干燥和烧结;指出了板状刚玉的发展趋势,以及存在的外观颜色不稳定、烧结球形料分层比例大、产能过剩的风险等问题。
Four developing stages of tabular corundum in China were sketched, namely, initial contact stage, understanding and developing stage, trial production stage and expansion stage. Production process of tabular corundum was introduced including ball-milling, bailing, drying and sintering. Developing trend and problems of tabular corundum were pointed out, covering instability of appearance and color, vast scale of laminated sintering ball material,over capacity, etc.
