镀锌钢板锌层黏附性研究

摘要 采用拉延筋模拟试验机测试了6种典型镀锌钢板的锌层黏附特性,试验结果表明,使用拉延筋试验机可以较好地模拟汽车厂冲压钢板时的工况,定量测试出镀锌钢板的锌层黏附特性。在各种镀锌层钢板中,由于热镀锌铁合金钢板镀层强度较高,易碎中间层的存在导致开裂合金层上的应力集中,从而导致钢板整体成形性能的变化和锌层脱落,因此锌铁合金热镀锌钢板的黏附性比其他品种差,进口与国产热镀纯锌钢板黏附性差别不大。 By means of the draw bead simulator ( DBS), the zinc coating adhesion of six typical kinds of zinc coated sheet steel was analyzed. The result showed that the DBS could quantitatively test the zinc coating adhesion of zinc coated sheet steel while simulating the real working condition of sheet stamping. Due to the higher strength of the zinc coat of galvanealed sheet steel, the existence of the brittle intermediate layer would cause the stress of the cracked zinc coat to concentrate, thus leading to the variation in the forming property of the sheet steel and the scraping of the zinc coat. So the adhesion of galvanealed sheet steel was the worst among the six kinds of zinc coated sheet steel. The imported hot-galvanized sheet steel has similar adhesion to its domestic counterpart.
