摘要
在我国,风机和水泵用电量占发电总量的30%以上,当采用风门或阀门调节流量和压力时,能量损失较大,通过改变转速来调节流量,具备一定的节能潜力。但是,在实际的风机和水泵调速节能中也存在一些问题,如没有进行系统策划、评估,设备设计、选型不当,或使用、维护不当,导致节能效果差,甚至设备损坏,影响生产的稳定运行。重点介绍风机和水泵在宝钢等冶金行业应用中存在问题,并提出改进措施,以提高节能效果。
In China, the power consumption by pumps and fans accounts for more than 30% of the total national power output. If the electricity flow and pressure are regulated by dampers or valves, a large amount of energy will be lost. On the contrary, if the electricity flow and pressure are regulated by variable speed devices, a large amount of energy can be saved. However, problems exist in the actual use of variable speed devices to regulate the electricity flow and pressure of fans or pumps. For example, if no systematic planning and evaluation are carried out, or poor design, improper selection, incorrect use and improper maintenance of equipment are conducted, the desired energy saving effect will not be achieved, and more seriously, the equipment may be damaged and stable operation may be interrupted. This paper introduced the problems existing in the application of speed control technology of fans and pumps at Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. , and other metallurgical companies. Suggestions were made on the improvement of energy saving effect.
