摘要
污水处理是能量密集型的过程。为达到节能降耗的目的,新型节能技术、设备、自动化的控制不断被采用和发展。以典型的城市二级污水处理工艺为例,分析了各单元过程的能耗构成和节能途径。由于曝气系统在整个污水处理厂能耗占的比重最大,因此重点介绍了曝气流量的自动控制系统的发展。此外,还探讨了对污水、污泥进行资源化利用来回收能量,比如污水源热泵技术等值得研究开发的领域。
Wastewater and sludge treatment is an energy consuming process. To save energy and cut cost, new techniques, equipment and control systems are being adopted and developed. In this paper, a typical municipal secondary wastewater treatment plant was taken as an example and the energy usage and energy-saving approaches in each unit of the plant were analyzed..The development of aeration control systems was extensively explored, because the energy consumed during aeration makes up a large proportion of the total energy consumption of the wastewater treatment plant. Additionally, some technologies of recycling energy from wastewater and sludge, e.g. wastewater source heat pump technology, were discussed.
