使用微型营养评价精法评价中医科老年住院患者的营养状况 被引量:6

摘要 目的使用微型营养评价精法(MNA-SF)评价中医科老年住院患者的营养状况,比较评估结果与人体测量、实验室检查指标之间的相关性。方法以2012年4月至2012年7月在中日友好医院中医老年科、中医糖尿病科住院的139例老年患者(≥65岁)为研究对象。入院后第3天使用MNA-SF对研究对象进行评估。测量上臂围(AC)、小腿围(CC)、握力(GS),测量身高、体重,计算体质指数(BMI),记录入院后距进行评估最近的一次血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HB)检测值。结果 139例老年患者中存在营养不良风险59例(42.4%),营养不良24例(17.4%)。评估结果与BMI、AC、CC、GS、ALB、HB之间呈正相关,r值分别为0.53、0.60、0.61、0.26、0.52、0.25,P<0.01,P<0.05。结论中医科老年住院患者营养不良和营养不良风险发生率较高,营养状况随着年龄的增加、患病时间的延长而下降。MNA-SF是一种简单、有效、实用的评估方法,应在老年患者中推广使用,以便及时发现营养问题。
