彩色多普勒超声在选择下肢轴型皮瓣中的临床价值

目的评价彩色多普勒超声在下肢轴型皮瓣移植术前检测供区血管中的应用价值,了解轴型皮瓣血供分布状况。方法彩色多普勒超声对21例下肢轴型皮瓣内深部动脉干及其肌皮穿支动脉血管数目、内径、走行方向及分布范围进行探测。结果 21例下肢皮瓣修复手术患者,彩色多普勒超声检出供区皮瓣内深部动脉干21条,肌皮穿支动脉57条,均与临床手术中检查动脉的内径、长度及其分布范围相符。结论彩色多普勒超声可为术前正确选择皮瓣类型,合理设计手术,以及准确评价轴型皮瓣供血状况提供科学依据。

Objective To assess the value of color Doppler uhrasound in detecting blood vessels in donor area before the operation of axial pattern flap on lower limbs, and to understand the distribution of vessel in the axial pattern flap. Methods Color Doppler uhrasound was performed to detect the deep arterial trunk and perforating arteries in axial pattern skin flap in 21 patients, including the number of vessels, vascular diameter, traveling direction and distribution. Results In 21 patients, 21 arterial trunks in the depth and 57 perforating arteries in the shallow were found in the axial pattern skin flap in the donor area. The diameter, length and distribution area were in accordance with what were found during the operation. Conclusion Color Dopler ultrasound can provide basis for choosing the type of axial pattern skin flap, designing the operating suitably and evaluating the blood supply of axial pattern skin flap.
