多层螺旋CT颅脑血管成像在诊断烟雾病中的应用价值

Clincal application of multi-slice spiral CTA in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease

目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造成像在烟雾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 18例患者均行平扫及MSCTA检查诊断为烟雾病,分析其临床及MSCT特点。结果 CT平扫示脑出血11例,脑梗塞及软化灶5例,2例正常。MSCTA及其后处理技术清晰显示发生狭窄、闭塞的颈内动脉、Wills环血管近侧端以及迂曲、扩张的脑底部异常侧支血管影。结论 MSCTA方便、快捷、经济,图像清晰,在烟雾病的诊断中具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore diagnostic value with 64 row helical CT angiography（MSCTA） and post process in Moyamoya disease.Methods 18 cases with Moyamoya disease were all scanned by CT and CTA.Results 11 cases appeared cerebral hemorrhage,5 cases appeared brain obstruction and encephalomalacia and 2 cases appeared normal wills＇ circular and expansionary of the collateral vessels of the base of the brain circuitous.MSCTA showed pan-collateral circulation in inter neck artery and arterial,mid brain artery strike and occlusion and Wills＇ circular and expansionary collateral vessels of the base of the brain circuitous.Conclusion MSCTA with clear pictures is convenient,rapid and economical,which has an important clinical value in the diagnosis of Moyamoya diseases.
