超声检查在胎儿全前脑畸形诊断中的应用

目的探讨全前脑畸形的超声特征及其分型。方法应用GE 730型超声诊断仪对胎儿进行畸形筛查,检出全前脑畸形后观察胎儿颅内结构、颜面部状况以及合并其他部位畸形情况。结果 10112例孕妇检出5例全前脑畸形,2例诊断为无叶前脑,3例诊断为半全前脑,所有5例均伴有不同程度的颜面部畸形,2例合并其他畸形。结论超声检查在胎儿全前脑畸形诊断中具有重要应用价值。

Objective To investigate the ultrasound characteristics of holoprosencephaly and typing.Methods GE 730 type ultrasonic diagnosis instrument was applied for fetal malformation screening,detection of holoprosencephaly after fetal intracranial structures,orofacial status as well as with other sites deformity.Results Of 10112 cases of pregnant women,5 patients were detected with holoprosencephaly,2 cases were diagnosed as alobar form of forebrain,3 cases were diagnosed as half alobar form of forebrain,all 5 cases were accompanied with different degrees of facial malformation,2 cases were complicated with other malformations.Conclusion Ultrasonography has an important value in diagnosis of fetal holoprosencephaly.
