乳腺“干细胞(CK5/6^+)学说”与导管上皮良恶性增生的诊断 被引量:3

摘要 一、乳腺“干细胞学说”与导管上皮良恶性增生的组织发生传统上认为乳腺上皮由2种细胞组成:腔缘腺上皮细胞及肌上皮细胞。由此认为:乳腺普通型增生与乳腺癌的发生是由乳腺腔缘上皮细胞不同程度的分化所致,是一个连续的组织学谱系,即都源自腔缘上皮,由增生→不典型增生→癌变,最后演化成浸润性乳腺癌。
