摘要
在未合金化灰铸铁HT250中分别加入0.6%Cu、0.3%Cr和0.3%Cu+0.2%Cr(质量分数)合金元素进行合金化处理,研究不同合金化对灰铸铁力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,3种方式合金化后灰铸铁强度均达到HT300标准。但其强度相差不大,最大相差仅为3.0%。0.3%Cu+0.2%Cr复合合金化灰铸铁加工性能最好,其加工性能甚至优于未合金化的HT250;在切削深度3.5 mm的情况下,与0.3%Cr合金化的相比,主切削力降低28%。
To study the influence of different alloying elements on mechanical properties and machinability of gray iron castings, 0.6% Cu, 0.3% Cr and 0.3% Cu +0.2% Cr were added into the non-alloyed gray iron HT250, respectively. The results show that the strength of three alloyed gray irons all reach HT300 standard. But their difference in strength is very little, only 3.0%. The gray cast iron alloyed with 0.3% Cu +0.2% Cr show the best machinability, even better than the unalloyed HT250; and the main cutting force is reduced by 28% in the case of the cutting depth of 3.5 mm, compared with 0.3% Cr alloyed gray cast iron.
