摘要
概述了高钒高速钢的成分与组织,以及变质处理对碳化钒形态与分布的影响。介绍了高钒高速钢的磨粒磨损、冲击磨损、滚动磨损、滑动磨损、滚滑动磨损性能与失效机理,热处理、碳钒含量,以及合金元素对高钒高速钢磨损性能的影响。分析了高钒高速钢具有优良耐磨性能的原因。指出高钒高速钢是当前研究的重要方向之一,具有广阔的发展前景。
The composition and microstructure of high vanadium high speed steel (HVHSS) and the influence of modification treatment on the morphology and distribution of the vanadium carbide were summarized. The properties and mechanism of HVHSS under abrasive wear, impact wear, rolling wear, sliding wear and roll sliding wear were introduced, and the effects of heat treatment, carbon and vanadium content and.alloy elements on wear properties of HVHSS were discussed. Additionally, the reason for good wear-resisting performance of HVHSS was analyzed. HVHSS is one of the most important directions, and has a broad development prospects in current researches.
