无机复配添加剂对超细锌粉缓蚀性能影响

摘要 通过析氢实验和塔菲尔曲线,研究了由硅酸钠和稀土氧化物组成的复合添加剂对超细锌粉在10 mol/LKOH溶液中的缓蚀作用,并采用扫描电镜和能谱分析,对稀土氧化物在锌粉中分散状况进行表征。处理工艺:超细锌粉加入1 g/L稀土氧化物溶液中,超声处理15 min;电解液中硅酸钠加入量为0.25 g/L。结果表明,稀土氧化物和硅酸钠缓蚀效果具有很好地协同效应,析氢效率降低了72.7%。 The corrosion inhibition performance of a composite additive consists of sodium silicate and rare earth oxide on ultrafine zinc powder in 10 mol/L KOH solution was researched by methods of hydrogen evolution experiments and tafel curves. The dispersion status of rare earth oxide in zinc powder were characterized by SEM and EDS. Recommended process: ultrafine zinc powder was put in the rare earth oxide solution (1 g/L) with ultrasonic processing 15 min; the amount of adding sodium silicate in electrolyte was 0.25 g/L. The results show that rare earth oxides and sodium silicate have an obvious synergistic corrosion effect, and the hydrogen evolution efficiency is reduced by 72.7%.
