摘要
对所研制节能悬垂线夹的组织和性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,新型节能悬垂线夹具有良好的组织结构,在XRD图谱中只有奥氏体;相对于普通线夹的节能率达到80.85%,并且比普通线夹的温升低3.5倍。在力学性能测试中,握力为20kN时,线夹与导线未产生滑移现象;破坏载荷为40 kN时,线夹变形,但未破坏。证明此节能悬垂线夹具有良好的节能效果和力学性能。
The microstructure and properties of the developed energy-saving suspension clamp were studied by experiment. The results show that the energy-saving suspension clamp has good metallurgical structure, and only austenite in XRD patterns; its energy-saving rate is up to 80.85% compared with common clamp, and its temperature rise is 3.5 times lower than ordinary clamp. In mechanical property test, no slip phenomenon produces between the clamp and conductor when the grip strength is 20 kN; and the clamp produces a deformation, butis not destroyed when failure load is 40 kN. So the energy-saving suspension clamp has good energy-saving effect and mechanical properties.
