中频炉熔炼合金灰铸铁中钼铁吸收率的研究

Study on Absorptivities of Fe-Mo in Melting Alloy Cast Iron with IF Furnace

分析了钼铁粉、钼铁块在不同加入方式下的钼铁吸收率。指出:当生产条件一致时,钼铁块比钼铁粉的吸收率要高,而且钼铁块较随炉料一起熔炼时,钼的吸收率能达到最佳值。

The absorptivities of powdered and massive Fe-Mo alloy under different adding method were studied in melting alloy cast iron. The result shows that the absorptivity of massive Fe-Mo alloy is higher than that of powdered Fe-Mo alloy in the same production condition. The absorptivities of massive Fe-Mo alloy can reach maximum value when the Fe-Mo alloy is melted together with charges.
