摘要
根据产品结构特性、技术要求和公司的实际情况,确定浇注系统、补缩系统以及砂芯、工装等铸造工艺,运用Pro-Cast完成铸造模拟,发现并解决潜在的铸造缺陷,从而优化完整工艺,保证生产的铸件符合客户要求。
According to the characteristics of product structure, the technical requirements and the actual situation of company, the casting process, such as gating system, parting face, process parameters, riser, chill, sand core, tools and so on, was determined. The determined casting process was simulated using Pro-Cast software to discover and solve the potential defects. According to the result of simulation, the optimized casting process can guarantee that the quality of castings can meet customer requirements.
